So this week for my genius hour I'm focusing more on my strength. What I mean by this is I'm going to build up my strength so that whenever I do tumble it looks nice and sharp and clean. Because if you think about it your tumbling is not a good if your all over the place and not tight with your motions.
In order for you to ever get to a certain level of tumbling you need to have the strength to be able to throw that skill and not make it look like a complete mess. You need to master it. In order for you to master it to where you can throw that tumbling anytime and anywhere you need to keep pushing yourself and work more towards your strength so that you won't get hurt because you didn't have the strength to throw the tumbling pass, and also you need to be sure that you know the techniques to that specific skill so you know what your doing and how your supposed to be doing it. So I will be working on my strength in my legs and arms and work on the basic tumbling skills I already have so that I can do everything I can to master the skill.
